Today, the station has six platforms and handles around 140 trains a day, including regional, national, and high-speed services.

From the station, the Royal Palace is just over a 5-minute walk away, while the historic center is about one kilometer. If you prefer, you can use Air Mobilità Caserta connections: there are 11 urban bus lines covering every corner of the city, operating from 6:00 am to 10:00 pm (with slight variations depending on the line).
A single-ride ticket costs €1.30.

The center of Caserta is a Limited Traffic Zone (ZTL), so driving is not recommended. Alternatively, a taxi service is available at +39 0823 233400.
