• The holder's name is printed on the carnet (book of tickets), which is valid for the selected route (in both directions) and is non-refundable.
• Single journeys can be modified as many times as needed, free of charge, up to three minutes before departure.
• The carnet can only be used for the train that has been booked. The desired train must be booked before boarding, up to three minutes before the scheduled departure time.
• This carnet is valid every day except on public holidays and Sundays.
• Tickets can be changed via the website, the app, or at the train stations.
• Carnet Smart Worker 10 and 20 in Smart and Prima Business class allows you to collect Italo Più points.
• Free seat selection is not available for Smart Worker Carnets.
