Passengers must provide their full name (matching a valid identification document) when purchasing tickets to ensure accurate identification.

All of our staff are trained to handle emergency situations both on board and on the ground.

The vestibules of AGV trains are video-monitored in compliance with the Personal Data Protection Supervisor's provisions. For more information, please read the information on the processing of personal data via video surveillance systems.

For your safety and that of others, Italo reminds you to follow the correct rules in the station and when entering the train. Watch the video!
We inform you that it is possible to request refund through a specific self-declaration made pursuant to art. 46 and 47 of DPR no. 445/2000 to be forwarded to the undersigned company before the train departs, in the hypothesis of positive Covid 19.
