First-class reception and services at the station

Amenities include comfortable armchairs, free Wi-Fi, power outlets for charging devices, restrooms, and a buffet of Italian specialties such as pasta, pizza, espresso, cappuccino, tea, juices, and a variety of sweet and savory snacks.
Attentive Italo staff provide personalized and continuous assistance, ensuring a refined and private experience.
The Lounge service is currently available at the following stations: Turin Porta Susa, Milan Centrale, Venice S. Lucia, Bologna Centrale, Florence Santa Maria Novella, Rome Termini, Naples Centrale.

All passengers in possession of a Club Executive ticket can enter for free

When you purchase a Club Executive ticket, you gain access to our exclusive Lounges starting 90 minutes before your train’s departure. Just present your ticket at the entrance to enjoy a peaceful environment, privacy, and premium food and beverage service.

Italo Più Premium, Privilege, Privilege Plus and Italo Più Corporate cardholders

With the Italo Più Loyalty Program, depending on your Tier, you may also gain access to the exclusive Italo Club Lounges when purchasing a ticket. Please note that seating is limited and entry is subject to availability.

Fast Track

Streamline your boarding experience and pass through checkpoints with ease

The Fast Track checkpoint is staffed daily, with Italo station personnel providing dedicated assistance during peak hours. Travelers can rely on their support for last-minute inquiries, ticket purchases, and modifications.

The Fast Track service is operational at Rome’s Termini Station, specifically on platform 12, and at Milan Centrale, designated at gate C.
This service is exclusively available to travelers with a Milan–Rome or Rome–Milan ticket, passengers holding a Prima Business, or Club Executive Class ticket, those who have purchased lounge access, and holders of Italo Più Premium, Privilege, Privilege Plus, or Corporate Cards.
The service is also dedicated to accompanying passengers and minor children, if in possession of a valid travel ticket.
