With the Italo Più Loyalty Program, depending on your Tier, you may also gain access to the exclusive Italo Club Lounges when purchasing a ticket. Please note that seating is limited and entry is subject to availability.

The Fast Track checkpoint is staffed daily, with Italo station personnel providing dedicated assistance during peak hours. Travelers can rely on their support for last-minute inquiries, ticket purchases, and modifications.
The Fast Track service is operational at Rome’s Termini Station, specifically on platform 12, and at Milan Centrale, designated at gate C.
This service is exclusively available to travelers with a Milan–Rome or Rome–Milan ticket, passengers holding a Prima Business, or Club Executive Class ticket, those who have purchased lounge access, and holders of Italo Più Premium, Privilege, Privilege Plus, or Corporate Cards.
