Cuneo

The surroundings of Cuneo are the perfect starting point for trekking. In town you can visit Piazza Galimberti, surrounded by really beautiful 19th-century buildings. Alba Piedmont

Still immersed in the Langhe, an area of boundless vineyards built on rolling hills and between the provinces of Cuneo and Asti, is Alba Piemonte, a little gem in the province of Cuneo. Just to the right of the Tanaro River, Alba Piemonte is a simple little town that is well worth discovering: the Cathedral of San Lorenzo is a Gothic-style building constructed of red bricks inside which you will see interesting shades of color. Also don't miss a visit to the Church of the Magdalene commissioned by Carlo Giacinto della Rovere in the second half of the 18th century and whose wooden portal is a true masterpiece of Piedmontese Baroque.

Asti

Another jewel of Piedmont is definitely the city of Asti: this town is so much like a village, and of the village it conveys the emotions. Asti is the food and wine queen of Piedmont; Barbera sparkling wine comes from here. Visiting Asti is a good opportunity to taste truly exquisite wines. In Asti you can also watch the Palio in Piazza Campo, see the Clock Tower, immerse yourself in history at the Museo del Risorgimento, and take a tour of Monferrato.

Alessandria

Alessandria and its province represent a special destination perfect for atypical travelers who like to explore quaint locations and who like to delve into the mysteries and secrets of the most distinctive, elegant and refined cities. The city of Alessandria owes its name to Pope Alexander III: here you can see aristocratic mansions and the military fortress built to repel the attacks of Frederick Barbarossa. The Savoy family then built fortifications in Alessandria, creating a city that became the setting for some of the major events of the Risorgimento. Alessandria is particularly famous for the Borsalino Hat and there is still the building where the manufacture of the famous hat used by Hollywood stars took place.

Turin

This archipelago contains unique beauties, and each island differs from the other in special features: Isola Madre is the largest and most distant from the mainland, Isola Bella is the most characteristic while Isola dei Pescatori is the smallest and most modest, with a village that is a must-see.
