Italo Più Points
Italo Più Points are the points you earn when you purchase Italo Tickets and Services or through the purchase of goods and services offered by Italo's Partners. They can be used to claim free Award Tickets.
Tier Points are the points you earn through the purchase of Italo Tickets and/or Services and contribute to achieving or maintaining Italo Più Levels.

If you experience any anomalies in the crediting or debiting of Italo Più and Tier Points please call Italo Assistance at 892020 ( toll number). Before calling, verify that you entered your Italo Più Code during purchase or that you did not use a promocode that does not provide for the recognition of Italo Più and Tier Points. We also remind you that points are credited within 15 working days from the conclusion of your trip. Normally the points balance is updated within 24 hours after the day of travel but it may take up to 15 working days.
Up to 3 minutes before your departure, you can still autonomously associate your Italo Più Code to get your ticket points credited. Log on to italotreno.com with your username and password, click on "Change Reservation" and enter your first name, last name and ticket code. On the "Ticket Summary" page click on the "Associate Italo Più" button; you will be redirected to the "Your Data - Passengers" page where you can write the Italo Più Code to associate with your ticket. Click "Continue" and close the ticket; this will properly credit the points post-trip. Alternatively, you can call, up to 3 minutes before departure, Italo Assistance at 892020 (toll number).
Points will be credited to your profile at the conclusion of your journey. If you purchased a product or service from one of our business partners or requested a points transfer from another loyalty program of our partners, points will be available on your profile within 70 days from the date you used the product or service.
Each member may accumulate points until May 30, 2027, with the understanding that the points accumulated up to that date may be redeemed (and, consequently, the prizes claimed) no later than May 30, 2027.
Points are credited only to the cardholder for travel made and purchased in his or her name.
As part of a promotion valid until 30.10.26, you earn 2 points when traveling with the Flex fare in Prima Business and Club Executive classes, and when purchasing 10-trip Flex Travel Packs or Business Carnets in Prima Business.
Italo Più Levels
By enrolling in the Loyalty Program, you become an Italo Più Member and you can immediately start accumulating and spending points.
By purchasing services or traveling with Italo, you earn Tier Points that allow you to unlock new levels.
Your membership level is updated every twelve months from the date you join the Program. If within those 12 months you earn enough Tier Points to reach the next level, you will be upgraded immediately and automatically.
Until the end of the twelve-month period, you can continue earning additional Tier Points to access even higher levels.
Example: If you join Italo Più on May 20, 2026 and reach 900 Tier Points within 6 months, you will automatically become Italo Più Premium. You then have until May 19, 2027 to earn an additional 5,000 Tier Points and reach the Italo Più Privilege level.

Access and personal data
On the Homepage, within the "Log in" section, click on "Forgot Your Password?" Simply enter the e-mail address you provided when you registered and we will send you an e-mail with a link to reset your password.
You can make the changes yourself by accessing your personal area in the "Personal Data and Preferences" section.
Alternatively, you can request a username change by means of the Contact Center.
You can complete or edit your information autonomously from your personal page in the "Personal Data and Preferences" section.
We encourage you to perform a password reset from the "Log in" section on the italotreno.com website. You will be prompted to enter the username you registered with and you will receive the new password to use to log in and change after your first login.
If you are unable to finalize your registration in our Loyalty Program, you can send an e-mail to ntv.privacy@ntvspa.it indicating your first name, last name, and the e-mail address used for registration.
You can proceed to cancel your account directly from your personal area by clicking on "Personal Data and Preferences" in the menu and then clicking on the "Delete your Italo account" link at the bottom of the page. Tickets purchased and not yet traveled will remain valid. Please note that cancellation is not possible if you have active products in your name or if you still have credit in your Italo purse. If, on the other hand, you would like to continue to be subscribed, but simply no longer wish to receive marketing communications, you can change your marketing consents again in the "Personal Data and Preferences" section. Alternatively, you can send an e-mail to ntv.privacy@ntvspa.it.
Prize Tickets
Prizes can be claimed until May 30, 2027.
As soon as you reach the minimum Italo Più Points threshold, you can request an Italo Award Ticket at any time by accessing your Personal Area and clicking the “Purchase with Points” button below the progress bar. Alternatively, you can request an Award Ticket by contacting Italo Assistance at 892020 (premium-rate number). It is not possible to request Award Tickets for journeys that combine Italo high-speed services with those of other carriers. An Award Ticket is valid for 180 days from the date of request.
Name changes for Reward Tickets are allowed up to 3 minutes before the train’s departure, with a €10 fee, at Italo ticket offices in the station.
Date and time changes are also permitted, with a €10 fee, up to 3 minutes before departure by accessing your Personal Area.
Alternatively, these changes can also be made by contacting Italo Assistance at 892020 (premium-rate number).
Changes to travel class or itinerary are not permitted.
Cancelled Reward Tickets cannot be refunded in points or paid out in cash.
An Award ticket is valid 180 days from the date it is requested.
Yes, the Reward Ticket can be transferred to another person by going to Italo ticket offices in the station, with a €10 fee and by providing your Italo Più Code along with the other required personal details.
The same €10 fee applies to each passenger included in the Reward Ticket booking code (PNR).
When requesting a name change, Italo will verify the points balance and the regular status of the Participant.
Each Italo Più Code may request 1 (one) passenger name change per day and up to a maximum of 5 (five) passenger name changes per calendar month, regardless of the total number of Reward Tickets requested in that month.
Alternatively, these changes can also be made by contacting Italo Assistance at 892020 (premium-rate number).
No, requesting an award ticket does not allow you to also activate the purchase of the "Dog" service.
Italo Più Cards
Loyalty Cards will be issued in digital format. The Cards will be physically shipped at Italo's discretion, within 60 days of reaching the specific level.
By enrolling in the Italo Più program you will immediately receive a personal Italo Più Code to access your profile and accumulate points. Loyalty Cards will be awarded digitally or will be physically mailed to participants, at Italo's discretion; they are nominative, personal, non-transferable and can only be used by the holder. If mailed, the holder will receive the Loyalty Card within 60 days of reaching the level.
Tickets
The travel ticket is considered invalid, and the passenger is not entitled to travel nor to continue using the service during the journey if the ticket has been unlawfully transferred, counterfeited, or sold outside the sales channels authorized by Italo and/or if the passenger fails to present a valid identity document proving that their identity matches the name indicated on the travel ticket.
