Italo Più levels

Additional Bonus Points will be awarded directly to your Italo Più balance at the end of your journey, according to the terms of the Regulations.

For Fast Track service, you must show Italo staff at the station your digital loyalty card by logging in at italotreno.com or on the App along with a valid ticket. It is understood that the Fast Track service is only accessible at the Italo High Speed train departure station.

The Class Upgrade can be requested, subject to availability, after the purchase of a journey, close to the departure of the train, by accessing your Personal Area, in the "My Trips" or "Ticket Detail" sections, selecting the "Class Upgrade" option among the optional services related to the purchased trip. The upgrade can be requested from Smart Class to Prima Class and applies only with reference to the ITALO High Speed train.

Lounge Access is granted upon presentation to Italo staff of a valid loyalty card and a valid travel ticket and may only be used at the departure station of the passenger’s Italo's high-speed train journey. Lounge Access may also be requested either during the ticket purchase process, subject to Lounge availability at the selected travel time, or at a later stage, up to 45 minutes before the train’s departure, by accessing the Personal Area in the sections “My Trips” or “Ticket Details” and selecting, where available, the “Lounge Access” option among the additional services related to the purchased journey. For Privilege Plus level members, access for one accompanying guest is permitted provided that the guest is travelling on the same train as the Cardholder. The terms and conditions of use for each Italo Club Lounge are available on italotreno.com and at the Lounges themselves.

Free seat choice is only applicable for ITALO High Speed train. It is not possible to request free seat choice for free award tickets or for Smart Worker Carnets.

All of the above benefits are valid, for the duration of the qualifying period, only for the Italo Più cardholder, unless otherwise specified according to the level attained.
