Luggage

Travel worry-free — bringing your luggage on Italo trains is always free of charge. Enjoy spacious storage areas, with different limits depending on the class you travel in.
In Smart Class, only luggage with maximum dimensions of up to 75 x 53 x 30 cm is allowed. You may also travel on Italo trains with strollers, folding bicycles, and scooters (electric or not), as long as they are fully folded and placed in the designated storage areas.

Italo Club Lounge

Relax in comfortable, exclusive spaces while you wait for your train at the station
Enjoy an exclusive experience at the Italo Club Lounges, where you can unwind in a calm and refined atmosphere before boarding your train. You'll find comfortable armchairs, free Wi-Fi, power outlets to charge your devices, and a delicious buffet featuring typical Italian products: including pasta, pizza, artisanal desserts, espresso, Italian wines, and signature cocktails. Italo staff will always be at your disposal, offering warm and professional assistance. The Lounge service is currently available at the following stations: Torino Porta Susa, Milano Centrale, Firenze Santa Maria Novella, Roma Termini, Napoli Centrale, and Bologna Centrale.
All passengers with a Club Executive Class ticket can access the Italo Club Lounges free of charge by simply showing their ticket at the entrance. Complimentary access is also available to holders of Italo Più Premium, Privilege, Privilege Plus, and Corporate cards, depending on their level within the Italo Più loyalty program and provided they have purchased a ticket. Passengers traveling in Smart or Prima Business Class can also add lounge access during the booking process, right after selecting their destination. Access is subject to availability, and seating is limited. Entry is permitted up to 90 minutes before the train’s departure.
