Find out how the Reduced Mobility Passenger Assistance service works.

In all stations served by Italo, the assistance service in the station, when boarding and leaving the train is provided by RFI - Rete Ferroviaria Italiana.

Italo reserves for Passengers with Reduced Mobility a direct and simple channel to purchase their ticket, receive information or book the in-station assistance service: the Pronto Italo number, which answers at +39 06 07 08 every day from 7 am to 11 pm.

There is no additional fee for the sales service.
