    For Fast Track service, you must show Italo staff at the station your digital loyalty card by logging in at italotreno.com or on the App along with a valid ticket. It is understood that the Fast Track service is only accessible at the Italo High Speed train departure station.

    The Class Upgrade can be requested after purchasing a journey, close to the train’s departure. The Upgrade, subject to availability, is available from Smart to Prima Business Class and applies only to Italo high-speed trains. It can be requested by contacting Italo Assistance at 892020 (a paid service) until 31/12/25. Additionally, for certain journeys, the Class Upgrade can also be requested through your Personal Area in the “My Trips” or “Ticket Detail” sections by selecting, where available, the "Upgrade of Class" option among the additional services, provided that the ticket was purchased at least one day before the departure of the relevant train.

    Lounge Access is granted upon presentation of your loyalty card and a valid travel ticket to Italo staff, and is only available at the departure station of your Italo high-speed train journey. For tickets purchased from May 12, 2025, entry to the Lounge will be allowed starting two hours before the train’s departure. Lounge access can also be requested either during the ticket purchase—provided a Lounge is available at the selected travel time—or afterwards, up to 45 minutes before departure, by accessing your Personal Area under “My Trips” or “Ticket Details,” and selecting the “Lounge Access” option among the available add-on services for the purchased journey. For Privilege Plus level members, access for one guest is allowed as long as the guest is traveling on the same train as the Cardholder.

    Free seat choice is only applicable for ITALO High Speed train. It is not possible to request free seat choice for free award tickets or for Smart Worker Carnets.

    All of the above benefits are valid, for the duration of the qualifying period, only for the Italo Più cardholder, unless otherwise specified according to the level attained.
